An unexpected visit!

In one of our last summers’ cruises, in the open waters north of Nisyros island, we were visited by a playful school of dolphins. They were numerous and we were even able to see a couple of them jumping out of the water far in the distance! We were somehow circled by these beautiful mammals, a scene which is characteristic and quite possible to come across in the Aegean sea.

And when they decided, as simple and magically as they appeared, they left us and moved on. Like every experience near nature, such encounters can only be described with words such as awe, gratefulness, bliss, beauty, happiness! A moment that we would definitely like to share.
