Short History The Kalymnos Rescue Team was formed in 2013, by people who live on the island in order to cover on a voluntarily basis, as best they can, every climbing accident that could occur on the island. In one of our last summers’ cruises, in the open waters north of Nisyros island, we were visited by a playful school of dolphins. They were numerous and we were even able to see a couple of them jumping out of the water far in the distance!
