Our yacht is a 39ft BAYLINER Conquest, rebuilt in 2016, with 2 x 300HP Volvo Penta engines, with an average cruising speed of 20 knots, spaciously hosting 6 (plus 2 optional) people.

The south Experience is a visit to Nisyros, the famous volcanic island, which combines unique moments & sightseeing. Walking in the crater of an active volcano is a rare experience on its own. On the way we see the recently revived from desertification village of Emporeios overlooking the volcano and Nikia, a picturesque cliff-hanging settlement, with an amazing square protected by Unesco as a worldwide heritage site. A small visit to Mandraki, the capital, which is crowned by an ancient castle, dating back to the 5th century B.C. and the opportunity to try a natural thermal bath at the municipal baths. Our base will be at the picturesque marina of Paloi. On the way, you will have the chance to swim in the majestic coral-blue waters of Gyali, an islet with a mining interest and no permanent residents.

According to the legend, Nisyros was created when God Poseidon separated a piece from the island of Kos with his trident, while chasing down giant Polyvotis, during the Titanomachy. It said that the locals thought that every time the volcano was erupting, Polyvotis was trying to move or to escape.

Our experience will be finishing at 20.00, when you will find yourselves, full, relaxed and amazed in the port of Pothia.
